“Event reinforces Espírito Santo’s role on the international stage”
Considered the largest ornamental stones fair of Latin America and one of the most important of the world due to its diversity, the Vitoria Stone Fair 2023 will demonstrate the strength of the Brazilian sector, with the presence of big national and international companies, which will present the novelties and the diversity of the ornamental stones, high technology equipment and new inputs.
The expectation is that over 1 billion in business will be generated. The biggest Brazilian exporter state, responsible for almost 82% of the country’s revenue, Espírito Santo exported in 2022, U$1,05 billion. World reference, the State is a leader in national production of stones. All this potentiality will be exhibited in the fair, known worldwide for exposing the rich diversity of Brazilian and foreign classic and exotic granites, marbles, slates, quartzite and other materials. There will be over a thousand varieties of stones exposed.
The visitors can also check the state-of-the-art technological machines used in extraction and processing industries, a way to present the news to the companies to become more competitive.
Celebrating 20 years, the fair will be held between 07th to 10th of February, on Parque de Exposições de Carapina, in Serra, and will have 300 exhibitors and should receive over 20 thousand visitors from over 60 countries.

A new plan configuration, in 360°, will bring spaces specially designed to facilitate the closing of deals among the 300 exhibiting brands. There are 30 thousand square meters divided into two internal and external pavilions, segmented by niche market. The exhibitors are from all over Brazil, and countries such as China, Spain, Italy and Turkey, in addition to the inclusion of 40 new companies that will participate for the first time. With the presence of many investors, all the capixaba economy will be driven.
The fair will also present new contents for the participants. A programmation totally focused on innovation, trends and market, was designed to further enrich the experience. A team of professionals will come to Espírito Santo to debate the most pertinent and urgent issues for the stone sector, such as technology, architecture, application of materials, conservation and sustainability.
Among the prominent names: Paulo Giafarov, founder and CEO of DGG Stones, in São Paulo; Samuele Sordi, from the Italian officer Pininfarina, who make the design of a lot of Ferrari cars, and Craig Copeland, integrant of Pelli & Clark, in New York. Both will come through the Projeto Imagem, a project that is part of It’s Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone, support program for Brazilian exports in the international market developed by Brazilian Center of Ornamental Stones Exporters (Centrorochas), in partnership with the Brazilian Agency of Exporting Promotion and Investments (ApexBrasil). The idea is that, in addition to deal great business, people left the fair inspired on how to boost investments in the sector and how to maximize the use of stones in their projects.
